DOWNLOAD AUTOPAY AND GO
Autopay is a free app that facilitates automatic toll payments and is already used by almost 2 million drivers. Thanks to it, you do not have to wait in long queues - all you have to do is slow down in front of the gate, the system will identify you, the payment will be charged automatically from the card you have linked to your account, and you can continue your trip.
MOTORWAYS COVERED BY AUTOPAY
Currently, you can use Autopay on motorways included in the videotolling system, i.e. In Poland on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway and on the AmberOne A1 Gdańsk-Toruń motorway and in Austria on A 9 Pyhrn / Bosruck and Gleinalm tunnel, A 10 Tauern motorway, A 11 Karawanken Southbound, A 13 Brenner motorway, S 16 Arlberg road tunnel.
From July 1, 2023, traveling on state motorways, i.e. A4 Wrocław-Gliwice (Sośnica) and A2 Konin-Stryków, is free. If the government decides to reintroduce the fees - you will be able to use Autopay to pay for these sections as well.
DIGITAL VIGNETTES AVAILABLE IN AUTOPAY
Autopay allows you to buy digital vignettes to Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary. All you have to do is log in to your account, select the country you are interested in, indicate the number of days and confirm the payment. The vignette will be sent to your mailbox (in the form of a .pdf file). You don't even need to print it. All you have to do is show it on the screen of your phone during a possible inspection.
PAY AT CAR WASHES AND PARKING LOTS WITH AUTOPAY

I cannot say enough good things about Autopay. Not only is the app easy to use, it takes the worry of the cost and accessibility of parking away. It makes the process so much smoother and more pleasant. I live outside NYC and have used it many times there but I have used it in other cities as well. Recently, the garage I had arranged for was inaccessible due to street closures. I was late for work and didn’t have time to call Autopay to make other arrangements so I just pulled into another garage and paid almost 3 times as much. I knew that if I called Autopay I would get my original payment refunded. When I finally had a chance to call, they refunded my original payment and when I provided a receipt, gave me a credit for the additional cost of the parking garage that I wound up using. Hard to find such good customer service these days and it has made me a loyal customer who will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I can't add a car because I saved the old license plates when registered car. and the application says that such a car is already registered. And further use of the application is not possible. update: I bought a car, I didn’t change the license plate on the car, maybe the old owner used your application, but as the new owner I can’t use it now.

If the application indicates that the given registration number has already been used before, it means that it indeed appears in our system. Consider whether you have not used Autopay in the banking application or someone from your family has not added the vehicle to their user account. Best regards!

I am a Romanian user and this app is very user friendly. With this app I spent less than one minute at the toll gates compared to other people who must have waited more than 30 minutes. Appreciate the connections of vignette systems between countries.
