iPhone 13 Pro Max to feature larger camera lenses, according to mockups based on leaked schematics
YouTuber EverythingApplePro has shared 3D-printed mockups and renders allegedly based on leaked schematics for Apple’s new iPhone 13 Pro Max, suggesting the device will feature larger camera lenses and a bigger camera bump.
In a new video shared on Friday, EverythingApplePro claims the iPhone 13 Pro Max will be 0.26mm thicker than the current iPhone 12 Pro Max, corroborating on earlier rumors that claimed the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini would feature a new diagonal rear camera layout, as visualized in concepts shared by SvetApple.
The mockups again point to Apple shrinking the size of the notch this year, with leaked display glass and schematics pointing to the width of the TrueDepth camera and sensor system reducing from 34.83mm down to 26.80mm.
The overall width and height of both the iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 13 mini are expected to stay as they are now with the iPhone 12 series, with the positioning of the volume buttons supposedly moving up phone’s chassis slightly.
